The Orca Suite

This vacation rental unit is one of 3 suites on the lower floor of a waterfront home.

It is located only 4 miles from downtown in one of the best area in Ketchikan for whale watching and shoreline fishing. The house is situated so close to the water’s edge you can watch the active sea life right from the cozy sofa. Otter, seals, orca and humpback whales are frequently seen. Eagles nest close by and are often seen perched on a pole near the water or pulling a salmon from the ocean. All of the suites have a private deck that face the ocean. It’s a guarantee you will see wildlife of some kind every day of your stay.

The Orca Suite is a completely equipped 450 sq. ft. one-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower. This unit has large windows that wrap around the living room & dining room area. The Orca Suite has the larger round deck on the lower portion of the house. There are a few stairs down to this suite. Maximum is 2 people in this suite.

This property is completely non-smoking. No smoking is allowed in or anywhere on the property. Not suitable for children under 13 yrs.
