Aleksandra Seaside Suite

This vacation rental unit is one of 3 suites on the lower floor of a waterfront home.

It is located only 4 miles from downtown in one of the best areas in Ketchikan for whale watching and shoreline fishing. The house is situated so close to the water’s edge you can watch the active sea life right from the cozy sofa. Otter, seals, orca and humpback whales are frequently seen. Eagles nest close by and are often seen perched on a pole near the water or pulling a salmon from the ocean. All of the suites have a private deck that face the ocean. It’s a guarantee you will see wildlife of some kind every day of your stay.

Aleksandra Seaside Suite is a 500 sq. ft. one-bedroom suite. This suite has a handy kitchenette with a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. The bedroom is large and has a queen and a twin-size bed, and a large desk. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. This suite has an incredible view with large windows that face the ocean. There is a large table, deck chairs and a large gas grill on the covered deck. There is Smart TV in the living room and the bedroom. This suite is on the lower floor in the center of the house. There are no stairs into the suite.
This property is completely non-smoking. No smoking is allowed in or anywhere on the property. Not suitable for children under 13 yrs.

*Aleksandra Seaside Suite and Natasha’s Room (have an adjoining door) when rented together provides a perfect set-up for 2 couples traveling together who would like private rooms with private baths and would like to share the living room/kitchen area.
